Trollish war club is a type of one-handed weapon that first appeared in ADOM v. 1.2.0. They have base stats of (+1, 1d8+2) [-1, +0], though slight variations from this are common. They appear as clubs in their unidentified form, but weigh notably more than regular clubs.
Desirability[]
A trollish war club is decent until a better weapon is found; though this tends to come as soon as orcish spears become available, since these are as powerful, more durable and benefit from the Polearms class.

They presumably can be generated in the same manner as all generic loot. Trollish Duelists start the game with one.
