Staff of purification is a melee weapon and one of the Magic staves. When zapped, it removes some corruption from the PC. Each zap is slightly less effective than a potion of cure corruption.
The staff has typical stats of (+0, 1d10). As with all of the magic staves, it can be generated with prefixes and suffixes.

Desirability[]
Staves of purification are very useful for dealing with corruption. They recharge fast enough to offset background corruption and the odd corrupting melee hit, and can be used outside of corrupting areas to remove any amount of corruption, given enough time. Unfortunately, they are unable to remove corruption while the PC has the Mana battery corruption.
