Scrolls of vermin control are Scrolls that, when read, stop all Breeders on the level from breeding, for a set amount of time. Presumably they don't work at all if cursed, and for longer if blessed.
The scroll does not work on the battle bunny level.

They are somewhat useful. If there are too many breeders, you might still not buy enough time.
