Rings of teleport control grant the teleport control intrinsic. They also increase PV by 1; this is not displayed in the inventory screen, but can be revealed by greater identify (or simply observed by keeping track of the PC's overall PV).

Rather high if the PC hasn't acquired this ability intrinsically, although blink dogs tend to be more common than these items.
