Potions of learning are Potions that, when drunk, raise the players Learning - unless cursed, in which case they lower it.

They are moderately useful. Learning does train normally with reading spellbooks, so if you are approaching your potential maximum (which can definitely happen with non-elven spellcasters) drinking these will speed up the process.
