Potions of carrot juice are Potions that, when drunk (provided they are blessed), raise the players perception by 1, with a maximum of 20.
They can also be drunk in a certain type of room (where "the air smells like carrots") for a once-off increase to perception. A blessed potion gives +5; uncursed +3; and cursed +1. These increases are not limited by stat maximums.
Also, a blessed potion of carrot juice can be given to Blup, in return he will teach the Swimming skill. Two uncursed potions, given at the same time, have the same effect.
Desirability[]
Once Swimming has been obtained and perception has been increased to 20, they remain moderately useful to keep around in order to benefit from the aforementioned rooms, or as a potential Alchemy ingredient.
As ascending or descending in Infinite Dungeon doesn't take in-game time, a stack of blessed potions of carrot juice can potentially increase Perception to 99 if given enough patience. Beware of other kinds of Special effect room effects that can either drain Perception, or transform Strength into Learning.
Guaranteed/Common sources[]
They can be obtained in the same manner as all generic loot.
