Large snakes are monsters in ADOM. They represent the most common type of snakes and are usually found found in low DL dungeon levels. They have a poisonous attack, but otherwise poor melee stats.

Monster memory[]
Coiled in front of you is a large snake of terrible proportions. It could easily stretch ten to twenty feet, and is as thick around as your head. This reptile will whip its victim with its monstrous tail, then bite and drain its victim of life giving fluids.
