Horns is one of the 35 possible corruptions that can be inflicted on the PC. It slightly increases melee damage at the expense of Appearance.

The melee damage bonus is applied even while wielding weapons, unlike the Thorns corruption. While the loss of Appearance can cause other corruptions to be gained more easily, this is still one of the least harmful corruptions overall.
