Hooded cloaks are one of the basic type of cloak in ADOM. They have base stats of [+1, +0], those these do vary from time to time.

1 extra DV is better than nothing. Since cloaks are frequently destroyed throughout the game, one will sometimes find themselves using the basic ones once more.
