Great blue wyrm is a type of monster in ADOM. They are very fast and extremely powerful late game opponents that breathe lightning, and have a corresponding immunity to shock attacks. Like other elemental wyrms they can attack with glowing balls and confusion spells, can quickly heal themselves, always have a name, and drop a large pile of treasure when killed. Great blue wyrms can be found on the bottom level of the Blue Dragon Caves, and one will be found in a vault of blue dragons should the PC happen to find one.
