Girdles of strength will, when worn, raise the players Strength by one to four, with one being the standard. They have stats of [+0, +0], which means they boost neither the players DV or PV while worn.
It appears as hard girdle or thick girdle when unidentified, with the former being more common.
Desirability[]
They are slightly useful if they increase strength by one - it's better to wear metal girdles for extra armor. Girdles of strength that sport a 4 points increase, however, give a respectable overall boost to your character's damage and carrying capacity.
